Mr. Shekhar Nagargoje Vice President – Research & Analytics

Mr. Shekhar Nagargoje is a Civil engineer and has done his M.Tech in Planning with specialization in Housing & Real estate from School of Planning, CEPT, Ahmedabad.

Currently he is a faculty for Real estate and Urban infrastructure management and research in a renowned college in Pune. His specialised subjects are Real Estate Investments, Asset Management, Retail and leisure property management and Smart and suistainable cities.

He has worked in land acquisition team for K Raheja Corp, Mumbai. He was actively involved in financial feasibility, business development and market research  activities for Inorbit Malls, a leading Shopping centre development company, covering over 25 cities across India and has analyzed over 200 land parcels pan India.

He has also headed the research and advisory division of IL&FS, western region.
He has worked as a CEO and Executive Director in Nandan Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. The company has developed residential and commercial projects in Pune and Nashik. 

He is con-currently the MD of a consulting firm, Planmax which works in the areas of Real estate analysis, feasibility studies, project management and Brand building.
